Calvion provides AI-powered nutrition tracking and guidance; it does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional health services.

You agree to use the service legally and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

Users under 18 are not permitted; parental or guardian consent may be required where local law dictates a lower threshold.

Calvion is wellness and lifestyle software. It is not a medical device, a regulated clinical decision support system, or a substitute for individual advice from physicians, dietitians, pharmacists, mental health professionals, or other licensed healthcare providers.

Information shown in the app—estimates, scores, goals, reminders, and AI-generated explanations—is for general informational purposes only; it may be incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your medical situation.

Do not ignore or delay professional medical advice because of what you read or see in Calvion. In emergencies or serious symptoms, call emergency services or seek in-person care.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take prescription medication, follow a therapeutic diet, or are subject to sports anti-doping rules, consult a qualified clinician before relying on the app or changing therapy, nutrition, or medication.

We do not guarantee a specific health outcome; individual results depend on many factors beyond the software.

You are responsible for keeping your account info accurate and protecting your account credentials.

You represent that you have sufficient rights to any photo, text, or content submitted through the service.

Illegal, harmful, infringing, or privacy-violating content is prohibited and may lead to enforcement.

All purchases, subscriptions, and consumable credits are processed exclusively through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Calvion does not collect payment card information.

Subscription entitlements are managed by Adapty, which verifies your purchase receipt with the relevant app store. Calvion receives only your entitlement status — never your payment details.

Plans may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date in accordance with the applicable store policy. Cancellation and refund requests must be directed to the store where the purchase was made.

Prices for subscriptions and optional credit packs or consumables may change. The price shown at the time of purchase in the applicable app store applies and may vary by region, currency, taxes, and promo rules.

If a subscription includes a daily credit allocation: the Monthly plan currently offers four (4) credits per calendar day, and the Yearly plan offers ten (10) credits per calendar day. Calvion may change these allocations or related mechanics in the future; material changes will be reflected in these terms and/or in-app notifications when legally required.

Daily credits can only be used on the calendar day they are granted based on the day boundary configured in the app for the account timezone. Unused credits do not roll over and expire at the end of the day.

Separately purchased consumable credits may be subject to additional rules described at purchase. If store receipt and this document conflict, the purchase-time description on the product or store page for that transaction takes priority.

The app, branding, and underlying service components are the property of Calvion or its licensors.

You may not reverse engineer, resell, copy, or redistribute service components without express written permission.

You grant a limited license to use submitted content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the platform.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", subject to legal limits and disclaimers of warranties where permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate access in response to violations, abuse, fraud risk, or security concerns.

We may revise these terms over time; continued use after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This End User License Agreement (EULA) protects the proprietary rights of the Calvion software. The user is granted a revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.

AI Disclaimer: Analyses provided by Calvion are estimations generated by advanced machine learning models. These estimations do not substitute for medical diagnosis, dietitian approval, or definitive clinical data. The user agrees not to base medical decisions on AI results without physician supervision.

Usage Restrictions: Accessing the software's source code, reverse engineering, unauthorized copying of Calvion branding and algorithms, or overloading the system via automated bots is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
